Cina was a successful business woman but six years ago her company went bankrupt. Right after that her husband left her for another woman. As he left he told her the Christian way was not suitable to the business world! Her husband then divorced her. Cina was left to raise her two daughters by herself. Through those terrible times Cina clung to her faith in God. She always held on to God's promises. She remembered Mat 6: 33 as well as Ecclesiates 9: 10 & 11 where God urges us to seek him first and trust him with all our heart.
Cina's divorce was finalized two years ago. Since then her two teenage daughters have chosen to be followers of Christ as well. They saw their mother's example through the hardships and it inspired them to give their life to God also. Cina now leads the mature single women's ministry in the church in Hong Kong. She says, "What an honor to serve God in this way! I believe God will give me the strength and the wisdom I need each day of my life."

Being a follower of Jesus does not mean everything will go our way. Cina is a strong Christian woman who has been through a lot of ups and downs during her nineteen years as a disciple. She believes God is watching over her and is taking care of her, so she lives her life to the full. "Every day as if it were my last", she says.
