Nicole became a disciple in 1994. According to her friends, Nikki (as they call her) was a student for most of her life, completing twelve years of education beyond high school. She received a master’s Degree from the
Her friends talk about her “ceaseless zeal”. Traci Robinson remembers that Nikki was “always excited and never complained about anything”. She was a cheerleader, both literally and figuratively. She had such a positive impact on so many, helping countless women to become disciples and serving with HOPE. One of her favorite memories was of traveling to
Nicole was also known for her hospitality. Anyone who had been in the
Nicole was most of all known as a prayer warrior long before she was diagnosed with cancer. Ivy Ross remembers prayer nights. Cynthia Langtiw recalls, “I remember all-night prayers, early morning prayers, and studying the Bible with women together.” In the last couple of weeks of her life, as she battled her illness, Nicole continued praying and thinking about God. She did some serious Bible study about Heaven, the afterlife, and related topics as she prepared to meet her lord.
Nicole leaves behind a loving husband and a young daughter. We pray for them as we remember Nicole, a woman of faith and courage.
