My HYC Haiti Experience This Summer

Aiyiti, Aiyiti! That is how Haiti is pronounced in Creole. It’s the spot of my ninth Youth Corps and where I will remember my experiences, the turning point in my relationship with God and the faith of the disciples for the rest of my life. Upon leaving for Haiti I had no idea what to expect I did not have a strong desire to go but it was in God's planning.

Honduras Summer Medical Brigades 2010
Volunteers Brought Hope and Changed Lives
During the last week of June, 40 volunteers traveled to San Pedro Sula, Honduras, to participate in the HOPE worldwide Medical Brigade. This was the second of such trips in the past six months to Honduras. HOPE worldwide U.S. volunteers from Boston, San Diego, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and North Carolina served the members of the San Pedro Sula International Church of Christ and surrounding communities.
