With the support and participation of brothers and sisters from around the Caribbean, the USA, the UK and as far as Kazahkstan, God blessed the Sunday service to relaunch the St. Georges International Church of Christ, with over 50 souls in attendance!
Rebuilding the Walls
Seven disciples from across the region responded to Jesus' mission to repair and rebuild the ministry in Grenada, which had shrunk to only three disciples for several years. Starting with 10 members, ably led by Richard & Romania Beadle, the disciples have started to "rebuild the walls," living faithful and faith-filled lives.
By God's help, and the financial sacrifices of disciples in the US and Trinidad, five disciples from the mission team were able to attend the Caribbean Conference last November in Trinidad, dubbed "Contending As One," and were officially "sent-off" by the prayers of Caribbean evangelists Angel Martinez, Wilner Cornely and Tony Millet.
And God has blessed us with growth in the first six months, as a new brother and a new sister have been added to our numbers, ending of the year with 12 disciples!
2014 -- "Time To Believe!"
Although the disciples in Grenada continue to face financial challenges, we are committed to living by faith, and have adapted as our theme for 2014, "Time to Believe."
Facing high costs of living, coupled with inconsistent or low-paying jobs, our mission team members bravely face the storms, trusting God to provide for us, as we continue to search for jobs and support.

Member morale remains high, and Sunday services consistently have 30 - 40 in attendance, as we search for open hearts, and ways to serve the community through our newly established HOPE worldwide chapter, HOPE Grenada.
Needs & Opportunities
Our most critical need is financial support for our ministry leaders, and the other team members still without jobs. By faith, we are praying to find consistent part-time ministry support for the next three years! God has also opened a door to the St. Georges University campus (the largest non-US medical university), and we have started to lay the foundation for the re-launch of a campus ministry this summer. With God's help, we will build a thriving campus ministry, with a goal to having a self-supporting full-time intern by January 2017.
Our vibrant, recharged ministry presents a wonderful opportunity for partnership with other disciples or congregations within our fellowship, to help us build a solid, stable foundation and church family in the beautiful tri-state nation of Grenada, Carriacou and Petit-Martinique, home to over 100,000 souls.
